Assistant Mahoning County Prosecutors Kevin Day and Patrick Fening on Friday announced they successfully secured guilty verdicts convicting Thomas Spencer of two counts of gross sexual imposition, felonies of the third degree. Officials said the verdict was handed down after one day of testimony and one day of jury selection in Judge Maureen Sweeney’s court.
