Cincinnati man charged with exposing himself to lure 11-year-old into sexual activity

Cincinnati Police say a 20-year-old man exposed himself in an attempt to lure a child into sexual activity. Court documents say the child Damon Hensley is accused of trying to lure is 11-years-old.
