A 14-year-old boy was arrested Friday after allegedly robbing another 14-year-old at gunpoint at his lemonade stand on Youngstown’s Northside. Police were called to a reported robbery in progress near Fifth Avenue and Redondo Road around 4:50 p.m. He told police a male suspect had stolen a safe containing money and a backpack before fleeing the scene.
