River Gate High School in Warren celebrated the grand opening of its new building with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and a bookbag giveaway on Wednesday. Community members are invited to come to the new building at 1133 East Market Street between 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. for a bookbag giveaway. The bookbags are stuffed with school supplies to help students start the school year off right.
