Authorities have identified a woman who was shot to death Saturday in the city’s St. Clair-Superior neighborhood. The affected people were identified as Janae Winnick, 46, of Cleveland. The office of the Cuyahoga County medical examiner released her identification on Wednesday. Winnick and a 15-year-old teenage girl were shot about 3:40 p.m. in the 6700 block of Schaefer Avenue, near East 71st Street, police said. Winnick was pronounced dead at the scene.
