Liberty Local Schools is mourning the death of its beloved therapy dog, PAWWS, who “crossed the rainbow bridge,” the district announced on Facebook. PAWWS had been a staple at Liberty Local Schools, providing comfort and support to students and staff. The district noted PAWWS “brought joy, comfort, and love to everyone she met,” and had a “special way of making our school feel a little brighter and a lot more like home.”
