WADSWORTH, Ohio-Chris Sieber, Assistant Principal at Wadsworth High School, has accepted the position of principal at Triway High School. The decision followed a call received on May 6 and an announcement made to Wadsworth staff on May 7. Although Sieber acknowledges Wadsworth’s positive environment, he views the move to Triway as a valuable opportunity.
Triway, a smaller district, is similar to Wadsworth in community focus. Nate Schindewolf, Triway’s superintendent, expressed confidence in Sieber’s ability to maintain academic excellence. Sieber’s role at Triway will involve overseeing the high school as part of a new combined K-12 building. His familiarity with both old and new school environments positions him to facilitate the transition effectively. Prioritizing understanding student needs, Sieber aims to integrate into Triway’s community before implementing changes. Despite his departure from Wadsworth, Sieber remains appreciative of his time there, highlighting his relationships with staff and students.
