One week after a domestic violence arrest, a Toledo man is behind bars accused of sexually assaulting a 9-year-old girl. Police said in court documents that Andrew Leffler, 40, took the girl’s pants and underwear off before grabbing her by her hips and legs. Police allege that Leffler tried “to grind and hump her.”
