The Bulldog family lost a key member of the Olmsted Falls Middle School community last summer with the passing of Charles “Chuckie” Smith. The recently retired custodian, a 1970 Olmsted Falls High School graduate, had worked at the middle school for 36 years.
To commemorate the passing of someone who touched so many at the Bagley Road building, Principal Mark Kurz asked Olmsted Falls City Schools Facilities Coordinator Larry Hamilton to build a memorial bench.
