Woman Driving With Two Young Children Sideswipes Vehicles in Brook Park, Crashes at Airport

< 1 min read

BROOK PARK, Ohio-A Youngstown woman was arrested around 2 p.m. on April 29 after her vehicle, carrying her two children aged 7 and 6, sideswiped a tractor-trailer and two other vehicles on Snow Road near the Ohio 237 entrance ramp. The incident occurred while the truck was stopped at a red light; the woman drove her vehicle between the truck and the other vehicles, speeding through the red light and causing the collision.

Subsequently, another crash involving a vehicle with the same license plate occurred at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport, where the woman’s vehicle rammed into a fence and entered airport property, knocking down another fence surrounding a historical airplane on display. The woman’s vehicle came to a stop near the airplane’s rear fuselage, sustaining significant damage and becoming disabled. Cleveland police arrested the woman, and her children, seemingly uninjured, were examined by paramedics. The woman was taken to a local hospital for a medical evaluation.
