Dioblis Williams will appear in a Franklin County courtroom for the first time since being charged with murder in connection with the death of a northeast toddler back in 2020. Williams was arrested by U.S. Marshals on August 27th in Framingham, Massachusetts, and has been extradited back to Ohio.
