MORGAN TOWNSHIP, Ohio-A tragic crash on SR-104 in Morgan Township resulted in the death of three children and injuries to at least two adults. The accident occurred when 22-year-old Gage Smith attempted to pass another car and lost control, colliding with a truck driven by 29-year-old Tyler Bellaw.
The children in Smith’s car, aged 4, 5, and 6, lost their lives, while one adult suffered serious injuries. Smith, suspected of driving under the influence of drugs, faces charges including aggravated vehicular homicide and aggravated vehicular assault. He is currently in custody at the Scioto County Jail.
