Construction is often considered to be ‘a man’s job’- But one day camp program in Canfield is empowering girls to pursue their interests in construction-related fields. The ‘Let’s Build Construction Careers Camp for Girls’ brought hands-on training across a variety of trade skills including pipe fitting, electrical work, brick laying, siding, drywall installation, welding to campers between 12 and 17 years old.
