A 15-year-old boy who was shot by police while allegedly driving a stolen car, will be arraigned in Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas. Jahmez Johnson was indicted on the charges of aggravated robbery, robbery, felonious assault, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, theft, and receiving stolen property after he was bound over from Cuyahoga County Juvenile Court.
