A judge has issued a ruling, putting a temporary restraining order blocking provisions put in the Ohio state budget regarding the state teachers’ retirement board. The ruling is in place until a preliminary injunction hearing is held. This comes after educator groups in the state filed a lawsuit Tuesday after changes were made to the teacher’s retirement board.
