TIFFIN, Ohio-Joseph Moore, 27, from Seneca County, was sentenced to 40-45 years in prison after pleading guilty to a series of serious charges involving minors and developmentally delayed women. His charges included distributing child pornography, gross sexual imposition, and rape. Moore was identified after a tip from the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children led Tiffin police to discover evidence on his Google account, including videos showing him sexually abusing vulnerable women. The incidents occurred at his place of employment in Bellevue, leading to his arrest on January 18th.
