ASHLAND, Ohio-During his final Ashland City Schools Board of Education meeting, outgoing superintendent Doug Marrah received accolades and farewells. Brian Stevens, the president-elect of the Ohio Music Education Association, honored Marrah with the 2023 Outstanding School Administrator award for his dedication to music education within the school and community.
