A pril 4th, 2024-BOWLING GREEN, Ohio-A Bowling Green juvenile was arrested for aggravated menacing after Bowling Green police responded to threats made against a teenage girl on March 30 at the 300 block of Parkview Drive. The 13-year-old male suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Wood County Juvenile Detention Center following serious text messages indicating he intended to harm the victim with a knife at school.
The victim and suspect have a long-standing acquaintance, with the victim alleging the threats stemmed from negative comments made about the suspect and his new girlfriend. The victim expressed feeling unsafe at school and feared potential harm from the suspect and his associates.
