A registered sex offender from Washington Court House has pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court to charges of sexually exploiting a minor and possessing child pornography.
Brian J. Roberts, 44, admitted to sharing child pornography involving infants and toddlers and sexually abusing a young boy.
According to court documents, federal agents began investigating Roberts due to his activities on various dark web sites dedicated to the sexual abuse of children. Roberts exploited an approximately 3-year-old boy from November 2022 until August 2023, uploading videos and photos of the abuse.
