A Warren man who was accused of inappropriately touching a 12-year-old pled guilty on Wednesday and promptly learned his fate. According to the Trumbull County Prosecutor’s Office, 37-year-old Matthew Velez pled guilty to one fourth-degree felony count of attempted gross sexual imposition.
