COLUMBUS, Ohio-Amanda Stetzer, a 26-year-old youth counselor, is facing charges for an inappropriate relationship with a 17-year-old resident at a treatment facility where Stetzer worked. The charges include sexual battery and disseminating harmful material to a minor.
The allegations of Stetzer’s inappropriate behavior, which began on the teenager’s first day at the facility and escalated over time. This included giving the teen special privileges, exchanging contact information, and eventually engaging in intimate physical contact. Stetzer is scheduled to have her first court appearance Wednesday.
