A 67-year-old Cleveland man will spend the rest of his life behind bars for sexually assaulting four young girls over a ten-year period. Billy Flynn was sentenced Wednesday to life in prison without the possibility of parole after being found guilty of multiple charges related to the sexual assault of children between 2002 and 2012. The affected children were between 4 and 12 years old at the time of the assaults.
