A teen was shot Friday evening at a deli in the North Shore Collinwood neighborhood. According to Cleveland EMS, the victim was pronounced dead on scene at E 185th Deli after the shooting. Officials were called to the scene around 7 p.m. Councilman Michael Polensek told 19 News the victim was a 17-year-old boy. He said the shooting is believed to be targeted.
