A Meigs County man previously listed as a registered sex offender has been indicted by a grand jury in connection with a new investigation involving crimes against children, authorities said. William Fink, 37, of Chauncey, faces a fourth-degree felony charge of pandering sexually oriented material involving a child following a June 2026 indictment, according to the Meigs County Prosecutor’s Office.
