A Dayton man who was accused of child sexual abuse material-related charges for a third time has entered a plea deal.
David Christopher Miller, 57, pleaded guilty to six counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material or performance in a deal filed Thursday in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court.
