LIBERTY TOWNSHIP, Ohio-Kyle Plummer, a 32-year-old Liberty Township man, was arrested and charged with raping a child over the past six years. He admitted to abusing a relative from 2018, starting when the child was 5 years old. Plummer faces two counts of rape and additional charges are expected in Tennessee, where some abuse occurred. Police are investigating if there are more victims and have asked the public to come forward with information. Plummer, who is being held without bond, could face life imprisonment if convicted.
