The uncle of 16 children rescued from a Vinton County, Ohio, home has spoken out about the family’s shock following the discovery, as child protection concerns continue to grow over how the children remained unnoticed for years. Ronnie Fletcher said relatives were “horrified” by the situation and expressed concern for the children’s safety, wellbeing and recovery after authorities removed them from the home.
