The third teen suspect charged following a deadly shooting in Franklinton was arrested. Detectives charged 18-year-old Joseph Johnson and two juveniles, a 17-year-old and a 14-year-old, in connection with the shooting death of 19-year-old Richard Murphy on May 12, 2025, along South Princeton Avenue.
