While enrollment is down at many public schools, one school district in the Ohio Valley is experiencing a dramatic rise in student numbers. Bridgeport is in the midst of building a community education complex, which they call The Bridge. They had an enrollment goal in mind, and they hoped to achieve it in two years once it was completed. But suddenly this year, they have already surpassed that goal, with more than 75 new incoming students.
