A Toledo man faces a rape charge after the affected child told police of an incident from ‘years ago.’ According to court documents, George Harry Cundick II admitted to performing oral sex on the affected child when he was six years old. The incident allegedly occurred at Cundick’s apartment on the 2500 block of Seaman Road. He was arrested on Sept. 11 and appeared in court on Friday, September 12, where his bail was set at $100,000.
