PIQUA, Ohio-Piqua City Schools celebrated its outstanding educators and staff for the 2023-2024 school year, recognizing their dedication to student success and contributions to the community.
Sarah Jane Magoteaux, a 19-year veteran educator, was named District Teacher of the Year for her impactful work in various teaching roles and professional development initiatives. Other award recipients included Sarah Patrizio as District Support Staff Member of the Year, Macarena Studebaker and Carol Palmer as Co-District Coach/Advisors of the Year, and Kimora (Lee) Schricker as Substitute Teacher of the Year.
