WHITEHOUSE, Ohio -The Anthony Wayne Board of Education plans to appoint Kevin Harman, the current assistant superintendent, as the interim superintendent. This decision follows the resignation of Superintendent Dr. Jim Fritz, who will be joining Oregon City Schools.
Dr. Fritz served Anthony Wayne Local Schools for 14 years. The appointment of Harman will be voted on at a board meeting on June 27, where the district will also present its superintendent search process. AWLS expressed gratitude for Dr. Fritz’s leadership and wished him well in his future endeavors.
