BRADNER, Ohio-Michael Stultz II of Bradner, Ohio was sentenced to 16 years in prison and must register as a Tier 3 sex offender after pleading guilty to charges including gross sexual imposition and sexual battery. The charges, originally including first-degree felony rape, were amended. Stultz sexually abused two children over multiple years starting around March 2020, with one child abused repeatedly from ages 11 to 14, and another at age 9. He engaged in a pattern of sexual abuse described as longstanding and pervasive.
