Cleveland police officer Alexander Sinclair, already facing 14 charges in connection with an alleged shooting incident that happened in the parking lot of Riverview Elementary School in Painesville, has been indicted on additional charges by a Lake County grand jury.
Court documents show that Sinclair was indicted on Dec. 20 on a felony count of aggravated robbery, plus four misdemeanor counts of violating a protection order.
