NEWTOWN FALL, Ohio-Ryan Moore, a 26-year-old man from Newton Falls, pled guilty on October 16 to two counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor. The charges arose from an investigation initiated in November 2022, after the Trumbull County Sheriff’s Office received a tip from the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. Two images of child pornography were discovered on Moore’s devices. While a sentencing date has not been set, he faces up to 18 months in prison and will be required to register as a tier 2 sex offender biannually for 25 years after his release.
