Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a driver who struck a 9-year-old girl and her father in a downtown crosswalk this spring. On March 29, the two were headed eastbound on Lakeside Avenue. They were crossing at East 9th Street in a marked crosswalk when they were hit, according to Cleveland police.
