A Dayton man accused of shooting and killing a pregnant woman and a 16-year-old boy will spend nearly 40 years in prison before being eligible for parole. Nicole “Nico” Cunigan Jr. was sentenced to 39 years to life in prison for the deaths of Precious Taste and Deante Johnson, according to the Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office.
