A Wayne County man facing more than 15 sex charges, including several counts for the rape of juveniles, has a plea hearing in Wayne County Court of Common Pleas Wednesday. Seth Leedy, 43, of Shreve, was arrested Sept. 19, 2024 and is being held without bond. Leedy faces five counts of rape. Court documents say three of those counts are for the rape of children between the ages of six and nine years old.
