A 4-year-old Amish boy was found dead in Atwood Lake after his mother is believed to have driven a golf cart into the water with her children on board. The boy’s father is missing, and investigators are concerned for his safety, the Tuscarawas County Sheriff’s Office told the Canton Repository.
