Dayton Public Schools students will have to wear a visible student ID badge and sign a Code of Conduct with the district and the Greater Dayton Regional Transit Authority, or RTA, to be able to use a district-purchased RTA bus pass, according to a new plan approved by the DPS Board of Education. The district will also send security to the hub, at what the district superintendent, David Lawrence, said would be a cost of $30,000 per month.
