A 16-year-old boy died Thursday after a shooting on Cleveland’s East Side that also left a 15-year-old injured. Dyshaun Atkins was shot at 6:55 p.m. in the 2500 block of East 49th Street, according to Cleveland police and the office of the Cuyahoga County medical examiner. The office identified Atkins as the affected child on Monday.
