Developer Rob Smyjunas is moving forward with demolition of a former school building in the city of Cincinnati. Smyjunas, of Vandercar Holdings, acquired the former Shroder School at 3500 Lumford Place in Kennedy Heights in May 2022. Opened in 1956 by Cincinnati Public Schools, the site has been closed since at least 2013.
