CLEVELAND, Ohio-Dominic Warren, an 18-year-old from Cleveland, faced charges in Cleveland Municipal Court for allegedly carjacking an SUV with a child inside. The incident occurred in the city’s Edgewater neighborhood. Warren and another individual reportedly approached a man helping a friend move and demanded a ride at gunpoint.
The victim’s wife and child were inside the vehicle. Following their demands, the assailants fled in the SUV. Police, alerted to the robbery, pursued the vehicle, leading to Warren’s apprehension after he fled on foot. Judge Marilyn Cassidy set his bond at $150,000, emphasizing the severity of such crimes in the city.
