TOLEDO, Ohio-A child is in critical condition after a near drowning at Roosevelt Pool in central Toledo on Monday evening. The child, whose age is not yet known, had jumped a fence to access the pool, which is normally closed on Mondays. The incident occurred sometime before 6:30 p.m., and multiple police vehicles were seen at the scene.
