Apil 16th, 2024-CLEVELAND, Ohio-Cleveland Police are investigating an incident that occurred during dismissal at Charles Dickens Elementary School. Witnesses reported hearing gunshots, and a gun was found on the ground near the school. A man was seen being taken from the scene by police.
