Dayton Public Schools Honors Boys and Men in Sports Through Panel

DAYTON, Ohio-“Success Looks Like Me” is an event that honors boys and men in sports, aiming to inspire and guide young men toward success. Panelists shared life-changing advice with the younger generation, hoping to steer them away from negative paths. State senator-elect Willis Blackshear emphasized the importance of youth, stating they represent 100% of the future. He explained that, because others helped him, it’s now his turn to support the next generation. Stevin Crane, another panelist, related to the young men, sharing his own experiences of overcoming challenges growing up in the Dayton Public School System.
