Springfield City Schools Mentorship Program is preparing to celebrate the graduation of its inaugural class. The initiative has grown exponentially since its inception, reaching and impacting more students. Now in its eighth year, it has grown from 10 students in a single classroom at Perrin Woods Elementary to a fully funded guidance program with more than 200 students across all sites.
