Dayton Public Schools students will have a remote learning day Wednesday due to expected early morning freezing temperatures, the district announced Tuesday afternoon.
The National Weather Service in Wilmington said the combination of very cold temperatures and wind will result in wind chill values ranging from 0 to 10 below zero into Wednesday morning.
