BARBERTON, Ohio-The Barberton High School Chapter of the National French Honor Society welcomed seven new members during a ceremony on April 16. The event also honored the achievements of senior members and third-year participants.
Held in the BHS Media Center, the ceremony featured blue, white, and red decorations, representing the organization’s colors. Family, friends, and supporters enjoyed French pastries and fellowship. New members received certificates and cords to wear at graduation, having fulfilled rigorous criteria for membership in the nationally recognized society. Their names were officially registered, granting them lifelong membership for their dedication to French language and culture.
