Elyria police continue to investigate the death of 16-year-old Vincent Pabon after his body was found in the water near the East Falls Riverwalk. 24-year-old Jacob Rosado, the person police say was last seen with him, is now in the Lorain County jail. 3News has obtained police reports and court records detailing prior allegations that Rosado sexually assaulted a child.
